We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve and a resealable zipper to maintain peak flavor.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
